I totally tried to copy a Google image for Shambala. And recently I told my brain, show me an image of Shambala in my mind's eye and I thought it was gonna show me the same thing but the first image I got was a toilet bowl 🚽 (no disrespect for people's beliefs tho, it's my brain in auto 🤭), then… read more

I just learned about Limerence

It’s what gets romanticized as being “in love”, “falling in love”, or “crushing” on someone. Turns out it’s not considered related to real love and will fall apart. But it’s so common it’s depicted in comedies and experienced by a lot of people. An interesting thing to learn about if you like… (edited) read more

These grey oysters started pinning and flushing before I got them out of the box lol. It's like 3 days to this point, soon Oysters in a mushroom risotto or a stir fry. My Lions Mane isn't really keeping up but someday...

Whispers of the Tide

So I picked up creative writing again and this is what chapter 1 is not sure if I’m gonna keep doing it. I have 20 chapters so far but not sure it’s actually that good. I do have spirit dyslexia, so forgive any misspellings. Chapter 1: The Collision of Worlds The sun hung low in the sky, casting… read more

Starting points

Why is picking a starting point so hard?! After flushing out world lore, and flushing out characters. Why is it the start that trips people up the worst?😖😩

The Last Of Us 🙏🎥😘🥵🥳

FINALLY!!! A video game adaptation worthy of seeing! It just goes to show what can happen when you follow the source material, bring on the same people responsible for the success of the game, pour your heart into it, and have the original creator take the helm. Halo (Paramount+) could learn some… read more

History isn't a cycle. It's a spiral. Like a flushing toilet.

Lawnchair...former plumber.

I think she used to be a plumber because she LOVES siting in sinks, running water and will sit and stare at a sink for ever. Here she is sitting atop the cabinet above the toilet making sure it's flushing properly. (tap for full view)

One of my favorite quotes from one of my favorite books of all time - The Secret Garden📖📚

"One of the strange things about living in the world is that it is only now and then one is quite sure one is going to live forever and ever and ever. One knows it sometimes when one gets up at the tender solemn dawn-time and goes out and stands out and throws one's head far back and looks up and… read more

A poem of mine: Hair

It was a cold, cold summer morning. Weather flushing, luke-warm breeze. I stood there in the corner mourning... in a radiant display of ice-cold feels. This hoodie. It was cold... You wore in it in my reels. This summer morning woke me up... It woke me up without my dreams. I had this piece of… read more
