Been learning how to dive for a year now. Still a lot to learn but getting there.

Reminiscing about my time in Sardinia last year, and looking forward to another Mediterranean freediving & meditation trip in a few weeks time.

Hated going anywhere remotely near to large bodies of water since 2011 out of fear though. Only really embraced open water back 2024.

I’m actually afraid of the sea for almost drowning before but now, I felt happy being able to dive underwater 🥰

For those who have not yet discovered about freediving, I would associate this with yoga. Considering that this certain activity deals with breathing exercise and balance, this helps a lot in my mental health. As a former shy and introverted individual, the freediving community helped me meet a lot of people that welcomes you as part of the family. 

If you're ever doubtful, all you gotta do is just try. 😊
