Getting out of a funk

What helps you when you’re feeling unusually down? No interest in things that ordinarily bring you joy, less energy, lower mood, irritability, etc. How do YOU process those feelings?

Not feeling the best

Slipping into a funk and I hate when this happens. I'm starting to just want to sleep and cry 😒 It happens on and off but also the holiday blues has been creeping in so that doesn't help. I'll be okay, its just so annoying 😔 (edited)
