Friday grind

Was at a local grindcore show earlier this year. The usual kids playing. Three of the bands had the same drummer.

In the pit, having a time. Yung'ns we're wil'in out pretty hard. Out of my periphery I see this kid who's probably like 5'11" get bounced off of two other people and is falling towards me at a full sprint. I turn and look up at him just in time to see his forehead fully collide with my brow. Split me right open. 

No concussion though, so I stayed, not realizing I was bleeding until about five minutes later.

Good ass time. Left a badass scar. Helluva souvenir.

Mad respect to the universe this band created around the medical workers (EMT/doctors/others)
