Am I in the wrong section of the app or is the entire universe of the social feed here the same?

I don't find anything of value here. Sure, some people sharing their days and art, etc. But the rest of it is thirst traps and attention seeking posts. So is there a setting where I can tune to get more interesting people and posts all in one feed or am I wrong to expect this here on this app?
