Take ur rouge lipstick put it in ur inner lips and fill in the outer lips with black lipstick and there you go! A gorgeous red and black lipstick combo ! And for some extra shine some clear lip gloss , maybe a tinge of edible glitter as well ! My girlies are gonna look gorgeous 😩
