I've had a few colours of these Tattoo studio eyeliner pencils and their max. is lasting 8 hours on a good day with the add on of a setting or any other powder.

They don't even stand a chance against Nyx's epic wear eyeliner pencils (have in total around 15 or 16 different colours). With a powder over it the eyeliner pencil can easily last a good 10 to 12 hours on deep set hooded eyes with very oily eyelids.
