Idk what flavor of neurospicy I am, or I'm prolly normal, just extra depressed (who isn't in this economy anyway?). But the executive dysfunction and the fog brain days (weeks) and RSD are definitely there, among other things. It's already so hard to exist day to day. Idk how people can manage... Advice for decompressing

I have executive-dysfunction ADHD, so I struggle with prioritization, organization, and transitioning. I also get SUPER overstimulated from my work (transitioning from social to admin and back). Anyone have any advice to help? My brain is currently looking like this:
