Growing up with a pool and trampoline with some exp. in gymnastics and a strong influence by one of my role models JEFF HARDY, I am hoping to find people with the same love of tricking/tumbling/parkour/martial arts and of course POOL BOMBING.

Is just as important as learning how to fly.  Bailing a flip safely whilst learning is almost as important as doing it perfectly. Glad I can sense when the move is going wrong and avoid landing on my head 💀💀Not my best session but there's a positive

Learning how to fall

Messed up my collar bone late last year  but happy to say I'm back to I would say 90%. Able to do all the vaults with ease as well as most of the flips. Muscle ups were kinda sketchy though 🫤

Spent most of the session teaching a friend the basics of parkour today. Some more lunar eclipses at the end of the session but on wobbly blocks... terrifying but oddly satisfying. I feel like I've tamed a wild bull😂.


And yes, I always talk to myself 😅😅

I miss having a training partner

So I was just messing around. Made 2 new friends though, one tricker and one free runner AND we are all stuck on the same move 🎉🎉🎉.

This means free motivation to drill them until we all have them on lock👌🏾. Expect progress on kong gainers next week but in the mean time, here's a horizontal wall run. Also did them with my hands on the wall Prince of Persia style

One leg tic tac to a cat hang, precision landing, standing long jump to a non-visible box, then precision landing on a wooden beam.
