A gentle reminder that we should give ourselves the same kindness and gentleness we give out to other people. Always remember that we cannot pour from an empty cup. Fill yourself and let the others enjoy the over flow. Be kind to yourself first.

The last "6-stack" I was able to pour before I left my old job, 8 months part time practice! ✌️
