I’m still in awe of this cut feet save I made this evening. First time ever clipping on one arm, and it almost felt cooler than the hardest drop knee I’ve ever thrown. And drop knees alwaysss feel so cool. 🫠

I've started climbing again after a few years of almost no climbing. What I'm finding is tendon fatigue and soreness post climbing sessions for a few days. Any tips to ease or lower recovery time would be appreciated!
