Beef sa tế noodle soup

Not to be confused with beef satay skewers from Indonesia. Here it's beef marinated in sa tế sauce : oil, lemongrass, chili, garlic etc. Bouncy rice noodles, super tender beef, fresh herbs and a warm beef broth. Perfect soup for gloomy weather 🙂‍↕️ (edited)

The wait for Gta 6

Ya, I am looking forward to gta 6. I have some skepticism’s for it, but I am going in not just as a gta fan, but a fan of Rockstar Games in general. Lately I have been playing as many other games in Rockstar’s catalogue before the date, this month especially I like replaying Red Dead Redemption’s… read more

Winter nights in SA

Do your best there and I'll do my best here✨️

Even if we’re not together every day, we’re both fighting our own battles. While you choose to strive there, I also choose not to give up here. Even if we can’t see each other’s every step, we both know we have dreams we’re chasing. And sometimes, it’s enough to know that there’s someone working… read more

Beautifully spoken 😍 Real love doesn’t keep receipts.

I was struck by Albert Martinez’s humility when he said: “Sa relasyon, tayong mga lalaki talaga dapat mag-adjust. Kasi tayo yung nanggulo, tayo yung pumasok sa buhay nila. Wala tayong karapatan magreklamo lalo na’t marami nang nasakripisyo.” Real love doesn’t keep receipts. Real love remembers… read more

Strange work experiences

Recently, I had the "pleasure" of having a trial period as a sales assistant for a well-known chain of shoes and bags. I had the interview where I transparently said that I was looking for my first job, that I studied as a beautician (so a different field), and that I had no experience but wanted… read more
