In Saltillo, North East Mexico. An area well known for plenty fossils found and even more for the Dinosaurs skeletons found nearby. Other than a lot of Dino's, there are geology and local biodiversity exhibitions, cacti and some history.

Great food in North East Mexico

"Guicho and Mina Restaurant" Upscale Mexican food but very affordable prices. Saltillo is a city of the beaten path on the way north to Monterrey. A lot of things to do and great places to eat.

Impressive Late Baroque

Cathedral Church in Saltillo, North East Mexico. Built in the late 18th Century through early XIX it's an example of late Baroque in North East Mexico. Perfectly preserved, it worths the visit.
