Shredded chicken stir fry with jasmine and furukake

Last day for the shredded chicken. Wish it didn't make it look like a bowl of some boo chit 😂. I homemaker my sauce from a mixture of mirin, guchujang, soy sauce, honey and oyster sauce for a sweet and spicy abomination of east Asian cultures.

Meal prep for work

Japanese sweet potatoes fried and cooked in soy sauce and brown rice syrup. TVP cooked in ginger, five spice powder, and sesame oil. Topped with green onion. (edited)

Anyone a fan of homemade sushi?

I did this one as a shrimp tempura with thin slices of steak on top, brushed with a buttery ponzu soy sauce blend. Came out great! (edited)
