Trying to decide what’s more volatile: the dating pool or the current market...

Since my risk management in dating is currently at an all-time low, I figure I’m a natural for the charts. 😄 If you were forced to mentor a total beginner, which book or resource would you make them read first? I’m skipping the ‘gurus’ and going straight to the Alpha.
