Throughout his career, Stormoen appeared in over 70 films and television shows, including the classic Norwegian movie "The Pathfinder." Stormoen's work extended beyond acting; he was also a lecturer and a director. He directed several theater plays, including the 1954 production of "Hans Nielsen Hauge" and the 1955 production of "Gjerdet," both of which were met with critical acclaim. Additionally, Stormoen lent his voice to Norwegian-dubbed foreign films, making him one of the most recognizable voices in Norwegian cinema. In 1983, Stormoen was awarded the Royal Norwegian Order of Merit for his contribution to the arts. He passed away on February 19, 1983, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire young actors in Norway.
