Alright ENTPs, what compels you to stay quiet?

I realized I spend a lot of time avoiding conversation at work. I'm definitely not an introvert, but these people speak and don't listen, and over half of what they say is mindless corporate drivel and instructions to do things I already know we're supposed to do (we're at the same level). So, what keeps your mouth (finally) shut?
