Get in touch with your own true feelings—especially your aggressive ones.

Become aware of yourself as you really are, & graduate from an unwillingness to examine yourself & your motives. Move toward self-knowledge. Integrate some 4 into that 2, & accept the presence of your negative feelings as fully as you accept your positive feelings. This doesn't mean that you need act on these negative feelings when moving to 4, but that you become willing to acknowledge these feelings in yourself. 2s at 4 become emotionally honest, & able to express the full range of their emotions—not just their loving side (although it is certainly still present & can become more genuine than ever before, the more you grow in health). 2s need to unconditionally accept themselves, just as they unconditionally accept others. It is therefore possible for them to give something deeper & more personal to others than they have ever done in the past. And when they are loved by others, it will be all the more gratifying because others love the whole of them. Then you'll be able to rightly feel that you're no longer loved just for what you do for others, but for who you are. And there is also the possibility of harnessing your fuller, more authentic feelings into forms of creativity. Become a more self-aware & reflective human being, whose intuition reaches into the depths of the human condition. Then, whatever you give to others is now all the more valuable, inasmuch as it is all-encompassingly genuine—whether channeled into art, or parenting, friendship, etc.
