They appear to have happened already, that's why they're predictable, but we know some type of time travel is possible because Gwen arrives a week earlier than the collider runs, this proves that the time lines can be altered, I'd suggest this is natural as if something can't happen in reality it won't and if it can happen why shouldn't it, just because you don't like it? given all this I think Miguel is trying to course, prevent or maintain a certain outcome, the spider society he creates enforcing his ideal outcome believing only one is right even though there all spawned through various outcomes (this is assuming that the multiverse is basically all potential outcomes interactin, ie simultaneous time lines which explains consistencies like spiderman) (已编辑)
