Sleep Somehow Cure Overthinking

When we sleep our brain is rearrange our thoughts left before we sleep to be more clear and neat. That's why when we wake up, we found easy to thinking through, or we experience "aha" like we found solution we missed. It work as well on nap or incubation activity that you do something that not connected to everthing you deal right now, like meditate, watch a view, read a story, make a coffee, cleaning your desk, etc.
