Job advice

I'm a infp person. I found myself hard to get connected to the world. I quit my job with working 2 months three weeks ago. (A cram school teacher, teaching all subjects of elementary school) For example: Communication, my supervisors wish I can speak the matter directly instead of talking about the cause and effects. Logic: I can't understand things fastly and always think too much. My supervisors once said "Should I speak every thing clearly so that you know what to do?" Pressure: I think I always go into a loop. Maybe it's not my fault or the problem has solved, but I'll keep blaming myself. Lack of witnessing the environment: Sometimes I think the problem my own, and forget to observe how the circumstances go or what the atmosphere is in the moment, then asking the questions or saying something not properly. I'm here to ask what kinds of jobs are you? Also some advice for me.
