Thought about this a lot:

I watched something on the Tubes about young people in Japan who will voluntarily spend the day with others who simply want company. The volunteer is notified through text message and goes to spend the day shopping, cleaning, or just simply accompanying the other person to the doctor. Just so the other person doesn't feel alone most of the time. What's admirable about this service is that most of the time the ones that want the company are elderly and the volunteers are usually young. Personally; I think that's pretty awesome. Would you be willing to share your time like that? I would. 👀 No matter how much we wish to believe we are not; Humans are social creatures. The aforementioned just reaffirms such a fact.
