Enbou is a student of Otokojuku, a school that trains young men in martial arts to make them true "men" of society. He is one of the main antagonists in the anime and is a member of the Big Four, a group of four strong and ruthless students who aim to take down the protagonist, Momotaro Tsurugi, and his fellow students.

Enbou is a large man with a muscular build and a bald head. He wears a traditional Chinese outfit, complete with a long beard and a menacing scowl. He is known for his great strength and fighting prowess, using his mastery of the tessen, or Japanese war fan, to devastating effect.

Despite being a villain, Enbou is a popular character in the series. His strength and intimidating appearance make him a formidable opponent, but his sense of honor and loyalty to his fellow Big Four members show that he is not completely heartless. His battles with Momotaro and the other students of Otokojuku provide some of the show's most exciting moments.
