Harold Carl Manders, born on June 14, 1917, in Waukee, Iowa, was an American professional baseball pitcher who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) during the early 1940s. Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 187 pounds, Manders batted and threw right-handed.

Manders began his professional career after attending the University of Iowa. He made his MLB debut with the Detroit Tigers on August 12, 1941, and appeared in 26 games for the Tigers during the 1941 and 1942 seasons. His career was interrupted by World War II, during which he served in the United States Navy. After the war, he returned to baseball, playing in four games in 1946—two with the Tigers and two with the Chicago Cubs.

In his MLB career, Manders posted a 3–1 win–loss record with a 4.77 earned run average (ERA) over 30 appearances, including one start. He allowed 37 runs (32 earned) on 71 hits and 28 walks, while striking out 28 batters in 60⅓ innings pitched. Notably, he did not record a save during his career.

After retiring from professional baseball, Manders returned to his hometown of Waukee, Iowa. He passed away on January 21, 2010, at the age of 92, leaving behind a legacy as one of the notable athletes from Iowa who reached the major leagues.
