Learning a new language... The other day I was having a conversation with a friend of mine that is multilingual... And we were switching back and forth between French, Spanish, English, and Romanian and my mind could not keep up and it was fascinating how I was searching for words and stumbling with the languages... But I don't stumble for words in English the same way but it was just I was like I was watching my thoughts think. (No, I don't do that in English.)

Processing attachment to external validation
As an Autistic person it can be challenging interpreting my own emotions. Reflection and processing can get stuck in rumination and conjecture. I've found doodling abstractions of my inner perspectives helps give me a bit of clarity.

I didnt consume alcohol for a minute...but what i was thinking last night.. a few times i drink over my limit, why do i achieve mental clarity and experience a sober mind..but my physical body is drunk like hel but my mind is crystal clear.....what do you peeps think whats going on there???
