Horror Before Sleep
Does anyone else love reading or watching horror before you sleep, occasionally in hopes you do have a vivid nightmare to make you think when you wake? I don't like the traditional about to die and wake up or recurring dreams of normal fears, but I love to read Lovecraft before bed sometimes and have vivid psychological horrors that make my mind feel stimulated the next day.

I dont think this is exactly the feedback youre looking for, but it sounds like you're using the adrenaline and cortisol as a substitute for the serotonin and dopamine most people use for motivation and energy during the day 🤔 I understand the move but also at some point the body get burnt out because we aren't really wired to run like that long term.
