I think you might enjoy mushi-shi, its very peaceful and calming.

If you look for something with a sad but beautiful story, i'd say berserk might be your thing. But its rather heavy.

Someone already reccommended Black Clover, that one is also great if you enjoy a powerful story.

And finally, if you want something romantic, i'd suggest a movie, Your Name :)

Suuuper dependant on what kinda genre you like. For a short story drama for example Your Lie in April is great if you want an old sappy romance thing Horimiya if you like action with actually characters and characters development chainsaw man.

Starting with my personal favorite, I recommend Revolutionary Girl Utena. It's a classic that's influenced a lot of modern anime and even western art and it revolves around deconstructing gender roles and how those play into systemic abuse.

If that's not your speed or the 90s animation isnt for you, then let me recommend Bocchi the Rock! It's a cute show about 4 girls forming a rock band even though the main girl has crippling social anxiety. It's silly, fun, and it's got some banger songs in it!

If you're a beginner then do not start with any anime having more than 50 episodes....... (Like one piece,etc.). Just go for deathnote and you'll be fine for the rest of your life.... Trust me. 
If you're NOT a beginner,then go for The big 3 (one piece,Naruto,bleach) and keep other small animes like JJK,MHA etc. running with the big 3 storyline cuz they will take a lot of time.
