Admire what you are not

Infj’s, what is your escape? Or how do you find peace? Example: when I feel overwhelmed - I go see a movie. It helps me let go of worries, concerns, responsibilities, immersing completely into an alternate reality for a couple hours, grasping their emotions rather than my own.
