Can you solve this crime case?

Josh came into a coffee shop. He sat next to his friend Ana to discuss about work. About an hour ago, she told Josh, she wanted to go take a walk at the park after their meeting. Josh agreed to accompany her. At the park, Ana spotted her best friend Leslie. She noticed Leslie in an odd state. She was heavily breathing, she did not want to say why she was frightened. Josh was confused and Leslie tried to get Ana to slowly walk away from him. Ana asked “what are you doing?” “I’m taking you somewhere safe.” Leslie replied. Josh confusingly starred at the girls as they were leaving him, so he walked to his car and drove home with slowly seeing where the girls are going. The next day, Josh got ready to attend an important work presentation at 10:30am.. so he decided to wear a white dress shirt, a red polka dot tie and black pants. Josh decided to call Ana to discuss their presentation, she did not answer. He texted her, but to no avail. Josh thought it was odd, as she usually texts and calls back before her work. A few minutes later, Ana called back and apologized to Josh saying “Hey Josh, I’m sorry for what happened at the park with my friend”. “That’s ok! We may not see her if we ever go to the park again.” Josh laughingly said. “Ok, I will see you in a bit!” Ana replied. After their work, Ana drove to the store to buy cleaning supplies because her family is coming over for dinner. That same day at around 5pm, a woman, who’s remains where found near a riverbed was found. She resembled to be Leslie. Along with her body, was a coffee shop receipt, a pair of sunglasses, a lipstick and a white handkerchief. With these clues, do you know who killed Leslie? (This took a while to write, sorry if any sentences does not grammarly make sense . Story is all made up!)
