It's been a bad day in a collection of bad days.. I feel a little better this eve but absolutely exhausted. Depression and bpd completely destroy me.. and I hate not feeling in control. I know I've unraveled and I'm fighting to hang in there.. x More stuffs happened today that's been traumatic but as I said.. this min.. id just like to thank you all. I'm not one to say "im dying inside.." to anyone, cause if I can't help me and I'm in me, how can anyone else? I posted today to acknowledge to the world where I was. I didn't expect to see sisters and brothers recognise me and the moment. So thank you. Normal services will hopefully resume soon 😘
