A month ago, I injured my shoulder. While bench pressing 70kg, the barbell fell behind my back and bent my arm. Nothing happened according to the x-ray, but it still hurts sometimes when I hold my arm in an awkward position. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Can I train as normal?
