BREAKING NEWS: An American Airlines plane has crashed in Washington D.C. Officials say the commuter plane took off from Wichita, Kansas and was getting ready to land at Reagan National Airport when it collided with a military helicopter and crashed into the Potomac River. Search and rescue crews are in the water trying to find survivors. This is the first commercial airline crash in the United States since 2009.

In most countries around the world, YouTube, the world's largest video platform, pauses for ads during playback — those who don't like it are offered a YouTube Premium subscription. Ad blockers are an effective way to avoid unwanted content, but Google, which owns the platform, is categorically against them: now users of these tools are shown extremely long commercials. Ad blocker users have started complaining on Reddit that YouTube has started showing them unstoppable series of commercials, so long that they doubt their desire to watch the video they wanted. For example, in order to watch a 49-minute video, YouTube offered one user a 52-minute ad; another complained about a 58-minute ad. There have been reports of ads lasting 10 and even 90 hours, but there is no confirmation of this yet.  One of the screenshots showed the words “Skipping ads,” which indicates the use of an ad blocker. Google, which previously warned users of ad blockers to turn off their ads and even prevented them from watching the videos they wanted, admitted that it had decided to take extreme measures. “Advertising is a vital tool for our creators to run and grow their businesses. That’s why using ad blockers violates YouTube’s Terms of Service. We’ve launched a global campaign to encourage viewers with ad blockers to allow ads on YouTube or try YouTube Premium to watch ads-free,” a company spokesperson told Android Authority.

A Delta plane crash-landed at Toronto's Pearson international airport on Monday. 

At least eight people were injured in the landing, according to CTV News. 

The plane, a Bombardier CR900, was reportedly flying from Minnesota to Toronto. 

'Toronto Pearson is aware of an incident upon landing involving a Delta Airlines plane arriving from Minneapolis. Emergency teams are responding,' the airport said in a statement on X. 

Shocking images from the scene show the plane upside down on the airport runway.

Passengers were seen exiting the aircraft and stepping onto the icy runway.

The Scottsdale Airport runway is closed after an apparent plane collision. It’s unclear if anyone was injured.

'A Learjet 35A veered off the runway after landing and crashed into a Gulfstream 200 business jet on the ramp at Scottsdale Municipal Airport in Arizona,' the FAA said.

Officials believe that all passengers and crew onboard American Eagle Flight 5342, which collided midair Wednesday evening with an Army Black Hawk helicopter near Reagan National Airport, were killed, and are pivoting search-and-rescue teams to recovery operations. “At this point, we don’t believe there are any survivors from this accident,” D.C. Fire Chief John Donnelly said Thursday at a news conference, adding that rescue teams have recovered 27 bodies from the plane and one body from the helicopter.

Breaking News: The plane that went missing Thursday with 10 people on board was found. The aircraft was located 34 miles southeast of Nome, Alaska.

Three people were found dead inside. The whereabouts of the other seven are unknown.

At least one person is reportedly dead after a plane crashed into another jet at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona.

A ‘Learjet 35A veered off the runway after landing and crashed into a Gulfstream 200 business jet on the ramp’ on Monday afternoon, stated the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

‘We do not know how many people were on board. The FAA is temporarily pausing flights into the airport,’ said the agency.

Normally, death is something that supposed to be mourned. In this case, a good portion of people are actually supporting the killer and express distaste for the CEO.

I do understand the sentiment as to why though. In short, it’s due to healthcare nuisances.

On the other hand, the CEO is a human and has a wife and kids. I have a soft spot for parents cause of their kids, especially when they’re so young

Anyways, the point of this post is to just expresss the interesting outcome of this situation. I think one health insurance made changes to how many anesthesia can be covered from 3 —> to no limit if I’m correct. It took one man’s death to have change in some areas

JUST IN: Trump has imposed a 25% tariff on all steel and aluminum imports into the United States without "exceptions or exemptions."

President Trump moved to substantially raise tariffs on steel and aluminum imports on Monday evening, cancelling exemptions and duty-free quotas for major suppliers, including Canada and other countries.

Canada is the largest supplier of steel and aluminum to the United States, accounting for 23 percent of U.S. steel imports in 2024 and almost 60 percent of U.S. aluminum imports.

In 2024, the United States imported 6,634,000 metric tons of steel from Canada.

During his announcement on Monday evening, President Trump said other tariffs coming soon, including on Canadian pharmaceuticals entering the American market.
