A CargoJet 767 (Registration: C-GAZI) operating for Amazon overran the runway at Vancouver while landing in the early morning hours. The aircraft sustained a collapsed nose gear, but the crew of three did not sustain any injuries.

In the early morning hours of 19 November, a landing CargoJet 767 operating on behalf of Amazon overran the runway in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada coming to rest nearly 1/3 of a mile beyond the paved surface with a collapsed nose landing gear. According to Vancouver Airport, there were no injuries to the three crew members aboard the aircraft.

CargoJet flight 2387 was operating from Hamilton to Vancouver, departing Hamilton at 05:07 UTC. The aircraft approached Vancouver’s Runway 08L, crossing the runway threshold at a ground speed of 173 knots at 09:28:47 UTC (01:28 local time). The image below notes the ground speed of the aircraft as it progressed down the runway. The aircraft exited the paved runway surface at approximately 109 kt and came to rest 1/3 of a mile beyond the end of the runway.

Interesting that a subset of Western women adopted a South Korean radical feminist movement to get back at men in the USA by refusing them sex and relationships due to the election of Donald Trump. 

Whilst I don't find it radical to not engage in something you don't want in your life I guess the "radical" comes in when it goes political. Understandably, a large portion of American women find the outcome of the election a betrayal since it very much looks like Donald Trump is moving to change the nation's productive rights for women. I won't try to enter the debate exactly what these changes mean, I don't know enough to have a solid take on the issue. My only concern in this regard is that female productive rights are to be protected. My personal opinion is primarily about the Western B4 movement.

I think it's a lot of sound signifying nothing. That a minority of these women are serious is something I expect: they will act according to their statements. It's just that I suspect they'll be too few to affect anything of change. The majority will follow the tenets of the B4 and then abandon them once a suitable man appears. Most are just expressing their disgust at the outcome and allowing the majority of men in America to know how much they screwed things over. 

However, what the B4 movement is exposing is the deep misandry of a subset of women. Which is sad - just like when a man expresses misogyny. There's gloating over the suicide rates of men, that men are falling behind, male loneliness, that men are dying at work etc. etc. It's vile.

As things are, with a crass man in the White House, I hope that men and women in America can work together and build a better future where everyone's side and needs are considered before being accepted or rejected. Anything else and the next four years will be difficult for everyone.
