Anyone here a fan of Cyberpunk 2077?

Been saying it for years but as we grow older I always knew that at point in time, companies like Sony and Xbox will at one point throw away their identity and become a large gaming machine, but the studios working for them will have their identity kept. It is already happening in the physical sense but that’s the first step. Plus, a lot of gamers have forgotten about CDkeys before Steam was around. That came with your PC game to install it on your pc. But when Steam arrived, it was rid of, and pc games started to vanish in game stores. Only console games stayed around in shops. And now we’re in the time when even that is dissapearing. There comes a point that it’s just not worth it to create entire machines(consoles) for a particular company, and we basically get a PC like machine but connected to everything which will be easier for the monopoly to control. Nintendo is still the only one that we haven’t heard about. But I fear what happens when Miyamoto bites the dust. What do you think?

I think that one day all consoles will simply dissapear at one point.
