Are you considering trying out the new classic style MMORPGs?

I've been seeing a trend of companies either revamping or updating old school MMORPGs, like EverQuest Legends or WoW Forever. Are any of you considering playing these classic games with new mechanics or do you prefer the modern retail versions?

Currently playing Dragon Quest X Online

Normally doesn't have English language support, but with AI translations, it's become much easier to play titles from overseas! And what a game it is so far!

The doomed love ballad of LimiYo and Shishi

In the MMO, Where Winds Meet, my character fell in love with the lute maiden, Shishi. I haven't been able to find her after the big set piece that destroyed the tavern she played at... I think she didn't make it. 😭

So I did this recently

It's one of those things a story can do to you. This story has been going on for 13yrs now. The image from this story I'm getting done on my arm just reflects my time being in the world. If you know FFXIV, you know that it's got an amazing story to tell.

New mmos

So there's been a few new multiplayer/ mmorpgs that have come out recently that are really neat, so far I've enjoyed Blue Protocol and where the winds meet recently I wanna know other people's favourite multiplayer or mmorpgs that they like this also includes expansions like the guild wars 2 one

Arc Raiders duo

Hey gamers let’s play some arc raiders? :D

1/3000 drop on kill 113

After being so unlucky with pet drops in OSRS this felt amazing ^^

Here is someone who loved grinding at the Ragnarok toy factory o/ 🤣

Good times, the period before the transclass update, I spent the week farming gifts and cake pieces to buy supplies for the emperium war 🥹.

Blue Protocol Star Resonance

Just want to let you guys know that the game is out and is currently f2p. so far not TOOOO p2w, but things may change in the near future. it has many aspects from various MMOs so lots of nostalgia and memories for those familiar with the genre!

IYKYK POKEMMO

A wild articuno appeared. 70 turns later.. It struggles to death T.T where all the pokegals at? ^,~

Any other classic wow gamers?

Looking for some new friends to play classic with, it’s kinda my obsession for 15 years so…

I still can't get over how Shadowlands butchered WoW. At least they are retconing that too

Also, Varian didn't deserve to go out like he did in Legion. That man was such a gigachad. I will not be hearing anyone out about this.

Anyone else excited for monsters and memories

Careful The Red Sorcerous Is Coming

ESO For The Win

Anyone Still plays TERA in 2025?

Anyone playing Guild Wars 2? and Excited for the new expansion?

I am slowly getting back into Guild Wars 2 after a bit of a burnout. I stopped playing during End of Dragons (didn't finish the story). But I've since bought the expansions and trying to complete all the content :D But taking it much slower as to not cause another burnout >.< Anyone want to join… read more

Name a MMORPG (not WoW) that you think doesn't get enough attention and more people show get on board with.

Me waiting for Ashes of Creation to come out…

draconia saga sea

is there anyone playing this game here?

Sup souls. Who plays FFXI or FFXIV? What's your favorite job to play?

ESO

My gameplay style is collecting every single instrument that I can play in the game 👏

New game

I'm burnt out on FFXIV because DT's story was not great and the lv100 jobs feel like their lv90 iterations. I'm voting with my wallet and hoping 8.0 ends up doing much better. You can message me about going further in detail if you want. Do any souls need a support-type player to do stuff with… read more

Coming back to WoW after break from Dragonflight

Other than the Midsummer Festival, what would you suggest I do first before jumping into the new expansion story? Is anything time sensitive? Thanks!

Any new f2p games?

Really excited for bp star resonance, where winds meet and chrono odyssey! Anything else I should watch for?
