I wanted to see how high my heart rate would go.

I ran the last half mile, shower, need shower and water to drink. Keep on keeping on.

So sleepy... But I need to hit the gym anyway 😴

Added few kilos this winter and some mass as well. I'm not super proud of the current form but it is what it is. We go hard this year and gonna try to get in the best shape of my life 💪

Had a good workout this morning

The benefits of fitness extend beyond the body; they also boost inner confidence.

I rarely train these days, so when I decide to train, I make sure I train both upper and lower. I deload the weight when lifting and I go to the physiotherapist once a month since August 2025.

Now my glutes aren’t as strong as a few months ago, but at least I still have glutes lol.

I’m still thinking about getting a new personal record in deadlifts, but nah… I think it would take a lot of time, and there’s so much struggle I would need to face too 😅

You ever start a night walk in your slippers that turns into a warm up, because your body heat is rising so you check the time, go in the house grab your sneakers and start running?

I did that last night. Made it back home in an hour got a good sweat in, surprisingly for how chilly it was.

Spontaneous jog

I'm very happy this morning because I was able to tolerate the pain in my left hand and somehow grip the handle to finally train my left arm this time. I'm not completely healed but I actually tolerated the pain and improved my max volume at 32.5kg! My right is improving solidly. Maybe next month i can attempt 37.5kg 😁

Very satisfied today

Im new to lifting weights at the gym and that area still kind of intimidates me - which is so unnecessary, I know, but I survived 2 of my random fears/weird encounters today! First I saw someone I knew from college, which felt weird for whatever reason (it's silly, I know haha). And then I noticed this guy was staring at me while I was doing one of my sets and it just made me feel so self conscious. 

It's funny how those feelings can come up - Im used to doing cardio at the gym and would be too intimidated to use the workout room for those very reasons. I feel like I ripped off a silly little bandaid 😂proud of myself for getting more comfortable in the weight room area!!

I survived!!! Ahaha
