Two and a half years ago I was 230 lb and had to walk with a cane due to having all my lumbar vertebrae herniated by my cancer. Today I am 155 lb and thriving as I slowly gain my life back.

Woke up this morning to start seeing results overtime. Initially, I weighted 158 and started to gain too much weight and wasn't able to fit in my clothing. After exercising continously for days then weeks, bought it down to 146. Trying to get back to the similiar weight I was in NYC. Gonna try to stay in shape
