What kind of screwed up luck am I having? 14th Apr partial wrist flexor tendon tear, 14th Jun right thumb laceration, 22 Jul pulled left calf muscle 😭

just a little muscle with light exercise, i never go to the gym. I used the gym tag just to match the image

Maybe I should continue rehabbing on the chest press but add weight rather than change to barbell bench press since both my wrist and thumb aren't ready...

14th Apr left wrist flexor partially torn. 
24th Apr started chest and shoulder rehab. 
14th Jun right thumb laceration. 
28th Jun left wrist tear worsening. 
30th Jul orthopaedic follow-up.

The truth? I'm still working on my body. My goal isn't to look perfect in one pose, it's to become strong and confident from every angle, in photos and in real life
 
So I'll keep showing up, keep training, and keep trusting the process. Progress over perfection. 💪✨
