I call BS on planet fitness...

Six plates each side = 540lb +167 carrier...=707 total weight. I can't do this at any other gym and I honestly don't think it's physically possible for me. Im only 147LB. Has anyone had this experience @PF? I don't think the weights way what they should.

A pro player never been in gym but your body says it at all. Athletic build up may never lie.

How you spend your day?

Normally my life very boring. I work, go to gym, reading books. But the most thing I love it’s to drink coffee especially americano. I think my day can’t start without good cup of coffee this is the must. Life it’s actually very simple. Just keep going.

Which is your favorite exercise day?

I've been in the gym training hard for about 5 months and the truth is that leg day is my favorite/exhausting one. I lift 4 plates of 45 pounds per side on the bench press. (edited)
