Day 1 Relearning how to play

Thrash and death metal has never been so brutal! Had surgery last month and lost some muscle tissue and a tendon. Time to rethink how I play.

Makes no sense...

I've always been told that a bar muscle-up is a prerequisite to a slow ring muscle-up. Then why is the slow ring muscle up so much easier than on the bar? I really need to fix my kip , and transition.
