For the Difficult

Anderson Squats...aka bottom up squats are hard yet surprisingly was going so well that I ended up working up to 95% of my current 1RM. Definitely squatting a PR next Saturday. Kang Squat PR last week, did high bar Bulgarian Split Squats today, which I prefer low bar, yet will help nonetheless

I only started doing this specific movement in the summer, as I've never heard of it but combining a frog squat with a good morning has really really helped me progress faster with my one rep max low bar squat. I need to increase my core strength. Was about 9kg from 2xBW, even while this weight moved rather easy. Didn't do a Zercher deadlift like I did Friday (1.5xBW), I did a Zercher squat (sumo deadlift, hinge and rest bar on quads, hook the elbows and stand up)
