It has been a battle gettting my self to the gym after 12 hr shift

Working 12hr shift at night and gyming right after is a struggle but I have to do it

I can't go to gym for more than 10 days straight, but I like swimming but the problem is I have to wash my hair each time lol...do you think all these are excuses?😂😂
