Are you taking any supplements? When would be normalised to take pills just for improvement your health? I'm taking omega, vitamin D, spilulina algae, and magnesium. Sometimes B complex.

Checked Out some supplements from Shopee and it came in cute gummy bears shape 🙈 but not gonna lie it tastes like lipstick 😅
