Some people don't need supplements and some do, I recommend speaking to a doctor and getting blood work done. Because I work indoors, my Vitamin D is low so I take supplements for it. I also have high cholesterol and take red yeast rice and fish oil. However, they can have complications with other meds so be careful

There are some data suggesting that N-acetylcysteine (NAC) may have some capability to prevent hearing loss (age-, noise- or drug-induced), so I take that. I also take magnesium and sometimes zinc as I've had symptoms of deficiency and I suspect that my diet may not be so high in them. As well, I take methenamine hippurate for a chronic urinary tract infection which now seldom causes symptoms, such that I might consider trying to wean myself off in some near future (although I am also comfortable continuing to take it, as long as I can source it – I have to import it from Australia since it is not sold in Switzerland). I enhance it with vitamin C (a.k.a. ascorbic acid) since acidic urine is thought to increase methenamine’s action.
