A strong mind carries a strong body, & vice-versa.

And furthermore, it all starts with & ties into the breath. Mastering emotional regulation through breathwork requires a lot of practice, but is one of the rarest & most powerful skills to cultivate. It's 100% in your control, yet not easy.

Finding the world stagnant/unstimulating/mind-numbing...?

Communicate...with yourself--like you're a person...you expect to have an interesting conversation with. And if all else fails, take a deep breath, & hold it...
