From Concealment to Divine Oneness

Bread of shame

Way out in the Vastness, where silence is loud,
The Eyn Sof sat dreaming, wrapped up in a cloud.
He said, "I have Goodness! It’s perfect and sweet,
I’d like to provide it for all I shall meet."

But then He thought hard, with a frown on His face,
"If I just give it all, all over the place,
The creatures who get it might feel like a cheat,
A borrower, beggar, or taker of treat!
To take without working, that’s not quite the way,
It brings on the *Shame-Shakes* at the end of the day."

So, He thought of a Plan—a clever design—
To twist up the truth so the Light wouldn't shine.
He hid away Perfection! He tucked it behind,
A curtain of shadows, all tangled and blind.
He made a place messy, all broken and small,
With nooks full of "Oopsies" and "Evil" and "Fall."

"Now here," said the Maker, "is where you must go,
Where things are quite prickly, and things are quite low.
But if you do Mitzvahs—yes, work at the task!
If you mend up the holes (it’s too much to ask?),
You'll scrub off the rust from the dark and the grime,
And unveil the Great Good, one bit at a time!"

And when the last speck of the bad is all gone,
The curtains will flip and the True Light will dawn!
The One-ness, the Power, the Glory, the Might,
Will shine in a way that is joyous and bright.
To know Him, to see Him—that prize is so grand,
It’s the soul’s greatest party in all of the land!

This morning reminded me that sometimes a situation pushes me into a more masculine way of communicating

I prefer a calm, gentle approach.. but when a simple instruction kept being ignored, I had to become direct and firm

I'd rather not have to.. but sometimes the situation calls for it

When Softness Isn't Enough

I love meditating, it is very relaxing I meditate for an hour. 
I'm intuitive, I have spiritual discernment, mediumship, I don't understand some things that I experienced during meditation. 
I feel like a feather in the wind, and also like a big heavy stone that was dropped to the bottom of the ocean, I'm  in a deep, meditative state, a trance, I physically feel the combined energy of multiple spirits around me, sometimes I am hugged, I feel hands touching my face, my nose, hair and my arms wrists, hands, my head- I feel multiple hands touching my head to look up at something. 
When I feel the energy of multiple spirits, I have vivid visions, they are very clear, I also hear spirits speaking to me, and I smell scents associated with spirits such as incense, oranges, old leather, the scent of something burning, on fire, like a candle, bonfire or cigarette, scents that I can't even describe, it's associated with Zeus, and the weirdest scent was damp earth/soil 🤨 
I don't feel fully present in my physical vessel (physical body) when I feel the groups of spirits Deities around me, my hands, arms and my head feel heavy, I get the pins and needles sensation and numbness which becomes painful and I eventually have to stop meditating due to feeling lie partially astral projecting I don't know if that is normal to experience but when I have asked people about what I am experiencing I was told that is md connecting with my higher self and it's trance mediumship. 

I don't understand what it means to feel a spirit tightly gripping my upper arms and swaying my body from left to right of slightly forward so they can sit behind me during meditation, I have had repeated visions of a specific landscape it reminds of some of the realms from Norse Paganism. 
I also have vivid dreams as well. 
I frequently feel heavy energy in my hands during meditation, that morphs from a ball of energy, to hands holding my hands, then it feels like hands, fingers that are superimposed into my own hands and it feels very strong.
I don't always experience the group of spirits around me, when I am meditating, sometimes I want to connect with a specific deity, I feel their energy, presence and I hear them speaking to me. 
Does anyone else experience a lot during meditation?

I did a 20 minute guided meditation earlier this week from a link my friend sent me. I had forgotten how much more relaxed I feel after meditating and would love to restart a daily practice. How do you keep a meditation practice going without falling off the wagon?

I like doing this, especially at night 😌

When one is young, the yetzer hara (evil inclination) is loud, impulsive, and aggressive -- constantly. It significantly improves as we elevate, quieting down.

It's very important not to own it, and knowing you own your soul and not the yetzer hara, and should take authority over it and command it, instead of the other way around as it happened throughout childhood.

As child, the yetzer hara had free reign, and got us to believe in all sorts of rubbish. Well, now we need to sort through these false beliefs.

It is the most hilarious thing, the yetzer hara vigorously opposes the most powerful practices that would make you into a powerful individual, and you then realize, there is an enemy living with me, which I must tame.

Since ive started to meditate, 5 years ago... I feel more grounded, more alert and more thoughtful. My ability to respond calmly in stressful situations has greatly increased.

At first it was difficult to slow down mythoughts. I questioned the process. But what a journey and how rewarding this practice is. I strongly recommend meditation to anyone who wants to become a better version of themselves. What has been the biggest benefit you got out of meditation ?

6. Synthesis: The Foundation of Faith The "Supreme Will being one" is the first axiom of wisdom and the root of all faith. To believe in Gd's existence without acknowledging His absolute, unhindered control is an incomplete faith. True Emunah is the realization that no other will exists or acts except through Him.

The Power of Counsel (Etzah): The Arizal and other Kabbalists often view the kidneys as the seat of Etzah (counsel/advice). This aligns with the Talmudic tradition (Berakhot 61a) that the kidneys "give advice." In the context of Psalm 16:7 ("My kidneys instruct me in the night seasons"), this is interpreted as the soul receiving divine insight or moral direction when the person is in a state of reflection (night).

The Interaction of Netzach and Hod: In many Kabbalistic schemas, the kidneys correspond to the Sefirot of Netzach (Victory/Endurance) and Hod (Splendor/Humility). These two Sefirot are often seen as the "reins" that control the flow of energy from the higher Sefirot into action.
