Sometimes People Carry Invisible Struggles

This reminds me of a good friend of mine. He was quiet and shy.. but he always smiled whenever we saw each other. We'd joke around and he'd always smile and laugh. He was one of the kindest people I've ever met

When he passed away.. it shocked all of us. None of us realized how much he had been struggling inside

That experience taught me something important: A Smile doesn't always tell the whole story. Some people carry heavy burdens without anyone noticing

Be kind.. check in on the people you care about. Sometimes a simple conversation can mean more than we realize

May he rest in peace and may he be forgiven

A late reply doesn’t kill the joy of a conversation, as they say. Rather, it makes me realize where I stand among your priorities. A late and cold reply to your messages is the main reason that will make you question yourself about taking the initiative to contact that person again, and eventually, you may stop messaging them altogether...

Every sunrise is another opportunity, but it is also another opportunity lost if you refuse to begin. The man believed he was making a logical choice by delaying the planting of the tree. In reality, he wasn’t avoiding the passage of time—he was only ensuring that when time had passed, he would have nothing to show for it.

I've done the 1st week and my first time adding the week 2 meditation was last evening. It was one of the best meditation experiences of my life. I could feel the real me, that non-physical, pure love core of my being. It was right there with me. And the process of releasing a negative feeling you no longer want in your life and replacing it with the positive energy opposite was so incredible. I was floating for hours after, and I still feel so much lighter. The weight of that feeling is just gone.

If this is after 8 days... Wow, I can't wait to see what it'll be like after I've done the whole 28 days.

Sit in a comfortable position.
Cancel all the noise as best you can.
Close your eyes and 
Inhale.......................
Hold it 
Exhale......................
Again.
Three more times. Try to focus your eyes in the center of your forehead as you inhale.
Allow your mind to map out your day towards the sequence that brings you the highest good.

The little things

When one is young, the yetzer hara (evil inclination) is loud, impulsive, and aggressive -- constantly. It significantly improves as we elevate, quieting down.

It's very important not to own it, and knowing you own your soul and not the yetzer hara, and should take authority over it and command it, instead of the other way around as it happened throughout childhood.

As child, the yetzer hara had free reign, and got us to believe in all sorts of rubbish. Well, now we need to sort through these false beliefs.

It is the most hilarious thing, the yetzer hara vigorously opposes the most powerful practices that would make you into a powerful individual, and you then realize, there is an enemy living with me, which I must tame.
