Why do people have the art of make  trivial matters becomes extremely important?

Does anyone know how to start? It sounds like fun.

Imagine having one problem,, life gives you 100 problems to forget that one problem, is that logical?

For the last week or so I have tried out meditation before bed and I'm surprised it has been beneficial. Ive always had a hard time relaxing and guieting my mind but with some breathing techniques im trying and the guided meditation I have been able to release a lot of tension and fall asleep faster! If you want any tips or just more info, message me. I would love to talk about it 🙂

Hug yourself and cross your arms over your shoulders for me, start lightly tapping alternating on each shoulder, close your eyes, and say out loud "I command my soul back into my body, I command my body back into my soul, I am safe" notice how you feel before and after. Comment what you feel after your nervous system resets.
