Silence is difficult
because the mind wants closure in a language it can control.

A reply.
An explanation.
A sign that the waiting meant something.

But sometimes silence is not emptiness.

Sometimes it is information.

It shows you where effort is one-sided.
Where access was mistaken for intimacy.
Where your peace was being traded
for the hope of being chosen clearly.

The answer may not be what was said.

It may be what never needed to be repeated again.

i wanna be alone in a field like this for a long time. all u hear is the wind, birds maybe. idk what i’ll eat if i get hungry tho maybe ill find a berry or something

Taking the valuable time out for the self is a way to heal after a full day's measure. 
Breathe in, soak up all the energy and love the universe has an abundant amount of.
Breathe out all the things that made the day burdensome.

Sit in a comfortable position.
Cancel all the noise as best you can.
Close your eyes and 
Inhale.......................
Hold it 
Exhale......................
Again.
Three more times. Try to focus your eyes in the center of your forehead as you inhale.
Allow your mind to map out your day towards the sequence that brings you the highest good.

Există ceva în reflexia luminilor pe Dâmbovița care mă face mereu să mă opresc din drum.

Bucureștiul poate fi haotic uneori, dar aici, pe chei, parcă timpul stă puțin în loc. Caut o parteneră de plimbări lungi care preferă o conversație interesantă în locul unui club zgomotos.

Aquí les comparto hoy me preguntaron que es la meditación? Y que nos ayuda ?yo respondí más que eso es una herramienta del ser inteligente ( espíritu) que tiene muchas funciones todo cuerpo organico como energía son formas de energía, ayer fui a meditar siempre me tomo fotos o realizo investigación sobre mis facultades mediumnicas en mis meditaciónes,es una foto donde se muestra la energía fluidica para el ojo humano no es visible por qué es otro tipo de materia inteligente que exite en esta misma dimensión. Les comparto amigo siempre lo realizo cuando es más para equilibrio cerca del mar 🌊 have a good one
