one of my favorite back exercises is heavy rows, erectors and traps don’t get enough love! what’s your fave?

Need arms growth tips, my split is push pull, i try to vary my exercises, my faves are EZ bar curls, incline dumbell curls, single arm cable pushdowns and overhead triceps extensions. (edited)
