Need arms growth tips, my split is push pull, i try to vary my exercises, my faves are EZ bar curls, incline dumbell curls, single arm cable pushdowns and overhead triceps extensions. (edited)

Dip brush and pen basic practice

Yall ever break, lose, or forget your belt? On the bright side I geuss my exercises are working. Down side is I work for a museum on campus and it's hard looking professional when my hands are acting as suspenders.
