Progress on Push day

Aside from swole delts and pectorals, I made some new gym friends, and even got a compliment or two. Also, would I seem not natty if I said I got this physique in a year? I’d probably think so… or chalk it up to body recomp. #zyzz #cbum #gym #fitness #workout #bodybuilding
