Lifting Community

Because of my job I haven't been able to go gym all year but I finally have managed to get some dumbbells to start training at home again 😁. Man I've missed lifting weights 💪

Finally after 43d since 182.5kg PR, I got the 185kg🏆PR pretty much on the first try. I was too greedy and went for the 187.5kg but failed 🤭 the bad news is my lifting belt broke 😭 I need to order a replacement clasp.

I was in gym and I was taking break from working on my legs and right in front of me was a man trying so hard lifting the weight.
