Because of my job I haven't been able to go gym all year but I finally have managed to get some dumbbells to start training at home again 😁. Man I've missed lifting weights 💪

I hate lifting weights, but I love looking at my muscles in the mirror more. It’s a toxic relationship. 🫣😂👊

Decreasing The Weights

I just start lifting in January 2024 and been progressing a lot since that. The peak is around 2025 when i can deadlift 130 kg (286,60 lbs). Sadly had an injury in August 2025.
