Finally dinner kebab

The taste is literally the same as brewing a very strong cup of coffee without the majority of the acidity. The higher the percentage the more  bitter and heavy in taste the chocolate is. I personally prefer between about 70 to 85% dark chocolate, I just like the balance of slightly sweet with what I would call  kind of earthiness (over 85% chocolate starts tasting more burnt and it's not very nice, but you can use it as an additive in desserts to balance out sweetness, if you did make the mistake of using too much sugar). I've recently baked a cake for my boss for her final two weeks and I think that I'll use this chocolate when I do bake that cake for myself.

For anyone wondering what a 95% cocoa chocolate tastes like, but doesn't want to waste the money to try it for themselves.

Oooooh, and it tastes differently than it might look, that or I just forgot what a French toast should taste like. 

Though, I'm sure it tastes different.. a bit spicy & soft from the nice bread X}
