Craving for some Indian food lately, big thanks to my Mom and agreed to have it, they enjoyed the food also...😋🥰

Learning about costing and cooking efficiently, food planning really opens your eyes up to how easy and cheap hitting your nutrition marks can be. I know we are all busy but if you just invest the time and the care into your own self little by little, you can enrich your life and feel good. 

This is a Spanish style califlower skillet. It has chicken, no sodium chicken bone broth, onions red peppers, garlic, kale, and sundried tomatoes. If I wasn't so close to my calorie marks for the day I'd add a fried egg. Its just over 70 g of protein, 20 g carbs, it's under 30 g of fat, low sodium, and its at about 600 calories. It all costs around $8 at ingredients used and will easily fill up 2 people.

For reference 1 bacon double cheeseburger is like 700 calories and I can crush light 4 of them and still be hungry lol

For dinner we have.......

Grated santol
Bell peppers 
Onions 
Garlic 
Red and green chilies 
Alamang (SHRIMP PASTE)
Coconut Milk
Hibe (dried shrimps) 

Saute onions and garlic, add the shrimp paste.
Saute add the bell peppers and chillies.
Add grated santol. Let it simmer. Then add the coconut milk,  Then add the hibe and some seasonings. Mix well until the natural oil from the coconut milk comes out.
