So, I broke my oven glass
It forced me to learn to bake in the air-frier. Which is tbh more convenient, since there's a timer and it doesn't eat as much electricity. Not perfect, but very nutritious: it has regular four, some ground oats, flax seeds and soy protein. Fermented overnight since it is sourdough bread.

Question
So does anyone else 'baking projects' taste like a burnt salty taste? When ever I try to bake from scratch (or close to it), it almost always turns out tasting this why.
