First time baking

Had a baking class today... never thought a class could be this interesting and this delicious! 😅🍰🍪 Muffins, cakes, cookies... and, of course, loads of fun! 🍴✨

Cake 😃😋

A cake I made last week. A recipe with ingredients I invented: 4 large carrots, 2 chopped apples, 100g guava paste, 200g oat bran, 150g brown sugar, a little wheat flour (100g), 50ml oil, 2 tablespoons baking powder. Hugs

Another night of baking some sourdough

Dinner tonight 😋

Just a simple one, sausage, cheese and puff pastry . Before baking, brush melted butter over the puff pastry for a golden crust and sprinkle mixed herbs . DONE! (edited)
