I am not into baking cheescakes ,but today i tried this recipe from Gordon Ramsey. It has 3 eggs 600 gram Philadelfia 300 gram Raspberries Lemon skin zest 160 gram of sugar 3 table spoons of Flour And cover the pan in butter before baking.
