Just a simple one, sausage, cheese and puff pastry . Before baking, brush melted butter over the puff pastry for a golden crust and sprinkle mixed herbs . DONE! (edited)

The ricotta one was better than some of the pastries with curdled cheese I've tried, but it lacks a bit of that acidity to give a bit of an edge of balance to the pastry. Chicken Pot Pie w/Cheddar Bay Biscuits

I made this the other day because it's been a little cooler out, and I needed a cozy meal. A classic chicken pot pie, but with a twist. Instead of a pie crust or puff pastry, I used a cheddar bay biscuit mix on top. It's a perfect comfort food! Definitely a hit! 😋

I love puff pastry because it always does the job haha… and I like making custard myself rather than buying anything ready-made… anyway that was Crunchy from outside & juicy from inside 😋🤍
